Keith has been very amazing providing all the information and making the whole process incredibly easy and fast.

Everything I said was understood and your staff explained everything very well. The process was easy from the first enquiry, someone actually at New Malden answered the phone , rather than frustrating call centres. The app easy and then the actual signing in when I arrived was handled in a friendly yet professional manner. Again everything clearly explained. I felt valued.

Got a quote and was called the same day to check on what we need. Helpfully chased me to make sure room would still be available.

online process wasn't explained good enough to know what else do I have to do next, f.ex. no info that listing the items (along with other data) is enough, there was no specific 'closure' saying "now you're ready". Also the thing with insurance was quite murky: do I really have to do it? If so, should I arrange with the insurer on my own, or it will be automatically added to the overall price?
