Apart from a little confusion over padlock requirements, it was handled well

Initially I was contacted by Oliver and Tolworth who was very helpful with advising on the size of the unit I needed. I then decided to change to New Malden as it was a better location for me. The woman in customer services on the phone was brilliant, very helpful and set everything up for me. Then I visited New Malden to view the units and the guy who showed me around was very helpful. Finally at check in, Keith was extremely helpful and guided me through the whole process. I've been really impressed with everyone at Big Yellow who I've dealt with.

I have used Big Yellow storage units for almost three year and a half years and my experience has been entirely positive. The staff are friendly, the storage is high quality and the price excellent value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending Big Yellow!
