Very easy and very well
All went smoothly and I found the Big Yellow team very cooperative. It was just tricky because of the restrictions due to the virus, and the fact that Louis was working entirely unaided (his colleague was off sick), so it all took longer (at a time when every minute counted as I was on a tight deadline to vacate a house). But Louis was outstanding and a delight to deal with.
The staff were excellent.
Very efficient handling, lovely team and the process and move was extremely easy.
Staff Team especially Louis Szreider He recommended me the best solution that could save my cost to store from big to smaller space. Staff provides a lot of information before moving into the storage room. I really understood the process of storage and I feel that my belongings will be kept safely.
Keith, the store assistant who served me at New Malden BYSS, was extremely perceptive to my requirements and quick to suggest options that would suit. It was very easy to get everything booked and he made sure to answer all of my questions (very well and with patience), so my understanding of the process was full. Great customer service thanks Keith!
