Before the lockdown, he also rang me to remind me. When I booked the storage this time, Jessica is also the best. She responded very quickly and helped me to sort out everything via emails. Amazing service provided by Keith and Lewis, they explained everything to me clearly and answered all my questions. They were very friendly, polite and approachable too! Very happy that they were there to help me.

Very good experience. My only ask would be that you have a “preferred method of communication” option during the sign up, so that we could select email communication also. The other non-big yellow storage places rang so often that it was actually annoying.

Giving that I am not even in the country at the moment due to the current situation It has been extremely easy to deal with the whole process, from getting a quote, to deciding on how much space I need to actually move in my stuff. I am super happy with how nice, helpful and easygoing the staff in the New Malden have been.
