From beginning to completion of booking the storage the staff has been incredibly helpful and supportive.

Louis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process from what size unit to get to what insurance level to have.

I completed most things online which was quick, easy and straightforward. Louis, at the storage centre was absolutely fantastic, really impressed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, helpful and smoothly efficient. Louis really made everything simple and was an excellent ambassador for the company and depot.

My initial enquiry was with Lewis, from the New Malden branch. He was very friendly, helpful and informative - showing us a storage space, and applying deals. When we checked in, Keith and Mara were also very helpful, kind and friendly.

Mara and Keith were most helpful and they’ve made my experience very positive and helped me very much. I give them a 10 out of 10!
