I attended the New Malden store to enquire about storage. Keith Day, Assistant Store Manager, explained everything very clearly, showed me a variety of different sized storage unites so that I could think about which one I would need, and offered the opportunity to downsize on arrival if it became clear that a smaller unit than the one initially booked was suitable. Keith was excellent in explaining everything - this is the first time I have ever used a storage facility, and I left very clear about everything and content to confirm my booking.

All done online and easy to follow

I thought customer service was a thing of the past but the Yellow Self Storage team having given me hope. Firstly I was assisted very well over the phone by the sales representative and I didn't feel pushed at all and I felt I was provided with all information and honesty even if that meant this would prevent an up sale. When I spoke to the Store Manager (Keith) the day before the move he confirmed everything I was previously told and gave me the comfort I was in good hands.
