I enquired for a price via website. I received an email with a quote and later also a phone call from Debbie Knight who was super nice and helpful. She answered all of my questions. I was happy with the price and customer service so I made a reservation and when I was moving my boxes in New Malden store next day, Keith was super kind and helpful - he showed me how everything works and took his time even though he was the only one in the store. Really great staff, easy/no fuss process. I only had 48 hours to move so will be recommending your company to anyone.

The ease of my move was incredible setting up and checking in online was fantastic and once I got there I was helped by KEITH and he did and explained everything I needed to know and obviously enjoyed his job as he had a great funny and chatty attitude. Brilliant

My initial enquirer was dealt with by Keith at New Malden. He was so helpful and friendly and made the whole process really easy and stress free. He explained everything and was a great help in choosing the correct size unit

Louis was very efficient and helpful. He followed after my initial query. It was very easy to check in online and again Louis was very helpful when I needed to make some changes and helped me in store.

On-line was a pretty easy process, but it was outshone by the outstanding service from Keith at the depot. He was extremely helpful
