Keith in particular, and also Mara, were very helpful and friendly, explaining everything fully and clearly and taking the time to show me how everything worked.

Keith was very good and helping from booking to closing the door.

We were most impressed with the assistant that looked after us. She was called Mara and went the extra mile to show us around and also helped us find the best solution for us.

Great efficenct service and very fast

The process was easy and the staff fantastic.

Keith showed us the unit that we had reserved, we decided we needed something bigger and he was very helpful in finding a unit that suited us. He even made me a cup of tea while we sorted the paper work.

Keith at New Malden branch was great - very friendly, professional and informative.
