Mara and Keith were both extemely serviced minded, patient and helpful in explaining how everthing worked at Big Yellow Self Storage, New Malden.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I was grateful for a cup of tea!

I thought customer service was a thing of the past but the Yellow Self Storage team having given me hope. Firstly I was assisted very well over the phone by the sales representative and I didn't feel pushed at all and I felt I was provided with all information and honesty even if that meant this would prevent an up sale. When I spoke to the Store Manager (Keith) the day before the move he confirmed everything I was previously told and gave me the comfort I was in good hands.

I received a call almost immediately, very good. The guy at the place was amazing. Insurance should be more clear since the beginning. My invoice did not detail what I have payed, I didn't like it.
