The staff member who assisted me was very helpful, patient and polite. And the facility itself in New Malden is clean and well kept and well lit.

It's a really convenient way to get stuff out of the way, and good to know that it's flexible so that if I need more space I can change rooms at any point.

The Manager Oliver Stone provided me with the best customer sservice I have experienced in the five years I have lived in the UK. Truly a top notch experience and totally unexpected. I can see why he has been with the company for a decade and I hope that if he chooses he will become a regional overseer as his flawless customer service should be a beacon for Big Yellow.

I am generally impressed with your service but... you are not cheap, and the service I received when I checked my possessions in was a long way short of expectations - nobody should have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen at reception. Ollie, the manager of the New Malden branch, could not have been more helpful once he was available - but on a busy day, in the middle of packing up to move house, to wait so long to be seen was extremely frustrating.
