Perfect service, fast

My Big Yellow experience was absolutely amazing at North Kensington branch! The store environment and the units are kept in order, clean and tidy. The team was very helpful answering all my questions and providing the essential information. When I first visited the location in person and enquired on the availability of the storage space, I was welcomed by Mahfuz. He showed me the different unit sizing, explained the pricing, checked if I need packaging material, etc. Once I have chosen the right space he assisted me with completing the digital questionnaire and form on the Big Yellow portal. Few days later, on my check-in day Gary had greeted me very kindly. We went through together on my account information, calculated the total amount for the unit rent and I made my payment there on the spot. He was thorough with all possible details, explained me the processes step-by-step, including the entry and exit guidelines and precautioned me on typical errors which can be made, which I found very useful. One thing for sure - excellent customer care all the way. What a cooperative and attentive 5-star team! I will highly recommend this Big Yellow storage location to my friends & family! Thank you.
