Excellent customer service Staff very professional

Firstly spoke to a very helpful chap on the phone ( I think it was at your head office), who reserved me a space at my local site, even recommended some movers. The facility itself is excellent, very well set out and maintained. The manager at North Kensington (Mahfuz) is superb, very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very patient. Showed me different size space options, took me through the whole checking in process. If he isn't the manager, he should be. Very professional.
