The staff were all incredibly polite, accommodating, informative, and helpful. We felt very looked after and welcome as new customers. The staff continued to be just as friendly even after our initial visit, offering tea and coffee on each occasion. We were very impressed with their conduct, but also the quality and security of the facility.
