The guy was super helpful and nice.

Initial enquiry was really good and very easy to book. The process seemed straight forward but I wish I was reminded on the phone of the process once you are at the store and which documents you need to bring with you. I know it's in the email but moving out is a stressful process in itself with a lot of emails and paperwork so these things are easily missed.

James is a real breath of fresh air following an increasingly stressful and unhelpful experience with Safestore.

Booking online, and speaking to someone on the phone wasn't the easiest process, but when we arrived at the storage location, the person helping us made it super easy.

Joe and Joseph were super helpful. They made things super easy to understand and went out of their way to help me when I had trouble with my movers. Kudos!!
