I was not aware from the emails and telephone calls for quotes that it would be so expensive for such a small room. I could rent a small flat for that price!!! Needs to be more clear about prices etc. Also 8 weeks does not equal to paying a lesser amount. There are many companies offering 1p for the first month. You offer nothing....... a lot to be said!!!!!
Ollie is an absolutely first class manager - helpful, pleasant, capable etc etc. He is an asset to your company and wants looking after, ie promoting!

We already held a storage room in another big yellow self storage and we moved to another neighborhood. Great quality and good value for money. However, what really made the experience different here is that the store manager was excellent in terms of processing the application, stayed 30 min beyond the closing time as I had forgotten some required documentation and that allowed me to go back, pick them up and get the whole check-in done same day. I am very impressed by his service attitude.
The company is very close to my home so it was the obvious choice but they are definitely the cheapest around with friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Very secure and a pleasant experience all around.
We've had a very positive experience. Registration was a bit lengthy, but the staff member who was helping us was very pleasant . I've used other self storage places before where the buildings feel dark and dirty, but the facilities at Big Yellow self Storage North Kensington are very clean and bright and I feel that my things are all very secure.
Consistently excellent staff both times I have stored items there. The general service is as I would expect, but the attitude of the staff mean that I will always come back to this location.

I had a very positive experience with Big Yellow. The location was safe and secure. The staff was nothing but helpful and friendly. My deposits were refunded very quickly. Overall a great experience, I would reccomend this to anyone.
