Helpful pleasant supportive staff and good clear recommendations. The space is clean and accessible and I felt very confident in the staffs professionalism.

The staff at the Norwich store couldnt have been more helpful. They helped us check in get the best deal and even made us a cup of coffee twice whilst we unloaded.Several times during the 4 hours we were there she came to check that everything was ok. Very friendly and professional a credit to the company.

Helder provided a comprehensive and friendly explanation of services and operation including a walk through of the security systems.

Staff are amazing and whole process is easy

Based on previous experience of your excellent service at your Norwich store and most helpful service this time around. We have used other storage facilities on occasions, but none have been as good as those provided by your store and the staff there.

Because everything was simple and straight forward. Gavin had great customer service. Very down to earth.

The staff member Ethna was very helpful with any extras that might be needed. Very polite and efficient with paper work etc . In all a good service with just what I required and my property feels safe in your hands many thanks.

Online check in was incredibly easie. Adding inventory was simple with pre-populated descriptions of items. Staff very helpful, attentive and happy to help. Even at short notice.

Gavin was very professional, helpful, polite and friendly on both occasions when I was enquiring about storage and moving my things in. He has great customer service skills and made me a lovely coffee :-)
