Online check in was incredibly easie. Adding inventory was simple with pre-populated descriptions of items. Staff very helpful, attentive and happy to help. Even at short notice.
Gavin was very professional, helpful, polite and friendly on both occasions when I was enquiring about storage and moving my things in. He has great customer service skills and made me a lovely coffee :-)
Ethna at reception was very helpful and efficient and provided all the information we needed. Also made sure we parked in best place for unloading as it was free when we arrived.
