Clear induction. Promptly showed me to my room and set me up with a lock.

The manager Rob was really helpful, we needed extra storage and he found it despite the centre being almost full. Our movers were delayed by 5 hours and he helped with arranging late access. He was calm, friendly, helpful and informative during the most stressful move we've ever experienced

Website was easy to use. When I arrived at the store to check in the paperwork was easy to understand and the direction how to use the facility were clear and concise. My contact was with Gavin.
