Customer reviews for Norwich Self Storage

Though there was a good deal more to the process than i had imagined Helder was extremely clear and helpful and guided me easily through it all

A very easy and cost efficient way of storing my items over summer. The colleagues in-store were also very helpful and friendly.

Efficient, great polite and skilled staff.

Great website, really helpful in terms of judging what size room to book. Helpful staff. Facility and storage room all thoroughly clean throughout. Easy check in/check out system.

As efficient as possible. Very helpful and friendly staff. Storage was clean and looked secure.

Great service, attention to detail. Polite and friendly staff.

Really good sized storage units. Like how the staff checked if it was the right size before signing, and also called to check if it was still needed a week before

Very helpful explanation of the system by Helder

I would recommend them to a friend because of how friendly and relaxed they made me feel. Even when I’d made a mistake with booking the storage. Ethna was lovely.

Excellent attentive service from Gavin at the Norwich branch. He helped my dad gain access to the storage unit before I checked in as I was stuck in traffic. It was very stressful but Gavin made it a pleasurable experience.
