Quick easy service with a friendly face that helped organise transport of my very heavy items without going waaaay over budget!

Helder who met us and talk us through the process was very professional and knowledgable. He was able to organise everything and the process was very easy

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, booking and checking in was easy and quick, my unit had plenty of space and value for what I was paying, very pleased overall. The small unit was perfect size for all of my belongings as a student.

The assistant called Helder was extremely helpful, he did everything possible to help. Booking and moving in were easy.

It seemed that they just sprung a big payment onto us with the deposit, there was no indication when we booked how much the deposit would be.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.The storage Units are very spacious as well I used the 9 sq ft locker and all my stuff fit in it including a long mirror

All staf I spoke to explained everything in detail...even made me a cup of tea whilst my things were being loaded in. I dealt with helder and Gav on the day but there was a lady as well whose name I didn't catch who also helped me the following day when I dropped off extra bits. Great service!

The woman who helped me in Norwich, Ethna, was incredibly lovely and very helpful throughout the process of renting the unit. She is truly an asset to your company! She explained everything very clearly, showed me a number of units, and was very patient, friendly and thorough. The facility itself was spotlessly clean and wonderfully secure, and I would honestly recommend you guys to anyone who needs a storage unit.
