Customer service was fantastic from Helder. Very nice chap that explained everything fully and helped me in finding the right room for my stuff. Also was offered a drink which was great. The whole experience was made very simple by Helder.

The gentleman i spoke to then dealt with in the store was amazing it was a difficult emotional time for me and he explained the procedure simply and was si helpful.
