We got an outstanding service.

The process was easy and straight forward and the staff were very helpful.

The paperwork (although it looked complicated from my side of the counter) was completed quickly and smoothly. As a new customer who has never used a storage facility before, Gavin (at the reception) explained in a very 'friendly' way how the whole process works. Access in and out of the facility was easy.

Would of give 10 but having to pay 8 weeks up front is a bit much. Staff very helpful tho. Set up is good.
