The paperwork (although it looked complicated from my side of the counter) was completed quickly and smoothly. As a new customer who has never used a storage facility before, Gavin (at the reception) explained in a very 'friendly' way how the whole process works. Access in and out of the facility was easy.

Your Customer service gentleman, Helda, who served me was just so helpful and respectful. I have told many people about just how good he was about dealing with my enquiry and how friendly he was. Would of give 10 but having to pay 8 weeks up front is a bit much. Staff very helpful tho. Set up is good.
