I had travelled quite a distance to your facility in Norwich and the nice gentlemen offered and made me a coffee which I was very grateful for and really made the difference for me from good to excellent customer service.

Clean, helpful without being over-fussy. Good out of hours access,Indeed good access all around. Trolleys easy to use, suited to most 'stuff' to move, and robust. straightforward. Well done.

I would deffinateley recommend this storage unit to other people. It is clean, tidy and above all very secure. The staff are very pleasant and try to help any way they can. Excellent staff and service.
