Good staff, layout etc. I have just two bits of constructive criticism. 1) The trolleys could do with some kind of brake. The car park is slightly sloped and the trolley tends to trundle down it if you don't park it properly and if you try to drag a heavy item off it the trolley follows; 2) Out of hours you have to drive in and out on the wrong side to enter the code. All it needs is a little traffic island in the centre and then you can still drive on the left, and maybe seperate gates on each side so they open quicker

A great place to store items when you need it in a hurry. Staff very helpful and understanding, Definitely recommended.

Good service, check in did take some time but it was necessary, and extra member of staff would make things run smoother if several persons turned up to check in at the same time. Layout of the floors were slightly confusing but was happily taken directly to the room i booked so wasn't an issue.

Great service, clean container and really secure. Another very good feature was when I tried to contact the Norwich unit via phone, the call was eventually picked up by a call centre where the message was pasted onto the store - excellent service.

Very easy but comprehensive to set up. Staff are very helpful and polite, a pleasure to do business with. Overall, a little on the expensive side, but excellent storage facility. Clean and well ventilated, very secure.

This is my third time of using Big Yellow and I always find the staff efficient and welcoming. At a time of uncertainty, either moving house or for personal reasons, Big Yellow provides an oasis of calm and security.

Everything at the Norwich Depot was so easy, the staff were very helpful with everything, offering advice and explaining every step. Nothing was a problem.

The staff I have dealt with at your Norwich store are genuinely excellent. Supremely friendly and always helpful. For example when I was having my first items delivered to my room and they turned out to be too large the change of the room was quick and easy, with your staff not making it seem like any inconvenience.

The team at the Norwich storage facility have all been so helpful and efficient they have made the whole experience of using temporary storage very easy and hassle free. They always have the relevant information at hand and are approachable and friendly. Absolutely no problems at all and would not hesitate to fully recommend as providing excellent customer service.

Very clean space. Easy to use, helpful and friendly staff. Love that they can accept deliveries on our behalf.
