I was treated by the personnel from my very first enquiry to filling my space with a friendly and caring attitude across board. They could not be more accommodating. I spoke to at least 4 different people and each had the same care and friendliness. Highly commendable.
Up there with Apple for customer service. Hadn't used you before but would highly recommend you. Professional, flexible, accommodating, and you seem to have thought of everything along the journey and have helped smooth the ride. Thank you for a superb service to date. Rare to find these days!
A stressful moving day was made easier by the helpful staff at the Yellow Self Storage. Especially being given 2 ground floor units close to each other.

There is minimal paperwork to be completed before the actual storage. Procedures are straightforward and only marginally cumbersome.
i had to move out and fast. I only had 2 days to pack everything up and no where to store it. on the day i had to leave my former property i rang big yelloew where a dleightful woman explained all about there services offered by big yellow and that it would be no problem if i stored there. where i got to the acctual place the man at the dask was lovely to me and was very very helpfull everything sorted. no fuss and a big relief when i was going through such a stressfull time
1st time user, found the sizes a little confusing on the site ended up getting one larger than needed or so i thought. it turned out to be fine. easy to use once there, to deliver and collect. great for Students vacation time will use again.
I was able to have a pallet of books delivered and put in my space for me, and only had to collect them when I was ready! Saved the day for me. The staff were ever so helpful and efficient.
I was very anxious about storing, but this was soon unfounded as all the staff where very helpful and support to my situation, A room was soon sorted and property securely stored in a few hours, now when I visit to check room, your staff always acknowledge my presence, and offer advice if asked, true ambassadors for your company. Excellent, 10/10 .....
From the first phone call to enquire about storage to the day we moved in each and every member of staff at Big Yellow have gone above and beyond to ensure we got the storage we needed. They have been polite and efficient and have made moving house not quite as stressful as it could have been. Well done, keep it up.
