Call answered promptly, friendly staff, gave me a fast quote, had the unit I wanted, available on the start date requested, all good.

Communication was great. Bailey in particular was brilliant!

Everything was OK but- -when I initially visited I was tolde that administrative aters would take 10 minutes on the day of the deposit. They took 35 minutes and cost me £50. Not really happy with the amount of admin which could have been sorted beforehand with a 'pre-visir'
