This was my first time experience to use any storage facilities. From the initial telephone call with Big Yellow 2 days prior, to my arrival at the premises, I was given advice, SUPPORT???? and everything was clearly explained in simple terms.

All went very fine, the price for the insurance was slightly higher than what I'd have hoped for.
