I was opening an account in my name and transferred all our belongings into a different storage unit. A bit of a faff as we were not able to keep the same unit, but it is what it is.

Both Dan and Reece were really helpful, friendly, and explained everything to me, without a hard sell (which would have put me off). They were professional and really created the right impression. Great advocates for the company. Knowledgable. Good customer service is so important.

I checked online, Tom then called me and shared some options...all very easy to follow.

All good. The initial enquiry to the actual booking etc. All great. It does take a bit of time to sort out your registration when you get there but guess expected. So don't leave it to 10 or 20mins. Good hour or a little over.
