The check-in process (despite having done most of it online) takes far too long

The staff member was very helpful and professional, she provide us with all information and answered all enquires. She was also very friendly and helpful. One of the best costumer service I received. I wish that any costumer service I come across with my businesses would be as good as she provide . Thank You

I was opening an account in my name and transferred all our belongings into a different storage unit. A bit of a faff as we were not able to keep the same unit, but it is what it is.
