This was my first time experience to use any storage facilities. From the initial telephone call with Big Yellow 2 days prior, to my arrival at the premises, I was given advice, SUPPORT???? and everything was clearly explained in simple terms.
Very prompt response and follow up. Tom explained everything. very straight forward.
All went very fine, the price for the insurance was slightly higher than what I'd have hoped for.
Due to redundancy and having to relocate I had to put the majority of my belongings into storage and Tom Hayward has made this a very easy and stress free process for me and I’m very grateful, one less thing to worry about.
Tom was friendly and accommodating. He was clear and informative and answered any and all of our queries, showing us the room and guiding us through access procedures. We were impressed by the service and are glad to be storing our items with Big Yellow
Everything was explained and I was shown to my storage space, being shown the emergency phones and fire fire exits on the way. Also shown how to access and exit the premises using my code
All good. The answers to my queries were conclusive. Process is quite easy.
Its all been very easy
Booking the storage space was very easy as I am a repeat customer. My WhatsApp query took more than an hour to get a reply but I was attended to in the end. Although the system was down on the day I moved in, the staff who assisted me were superb. I was in a rush and made this known to the staff who was efficient at getting the paperwork done. It took me only about 10-15 minutes from the start of the check-in process till being shown my storage room. Because of that, I made it in time to get to where I needed to go. I was very happy with the service provided.
