All good. The answers to my queries were conclusive. Process is quite easy.

Its all been very easy

Booking the storage space was very easy as I am a repeat customer. My WhatsApp query took more than an hour to get a reply but I was attended to in the end. Although the system was down on the day I moved in, the staff who assisted me were superb. I was in a rush and made this known to the staff who was efficient at getting the paperwork done. It took me only about 10-15 minutes from the start of the check-in process till being shown my storage room. Because of that, I made it in time to get to where I needed to go. I was very happy with the service provided.

I used the online chat function, and the person was incredibly helpful. They eased my concerns, answered all my questions, and reserved the space. It was incredibly helpful, particularly with all the stress of moving. I then received a phone call from the branch we were storing with just to check in with us, and answer any more concerns or questions we had. This was fantastic, and made me feel really welcome and valued

Tom was great My container was larger than the documentation, so Tom quickly found a solution and an additional unit was found, at a fair price. Everything was clean, and organised and C19 precautions taken. Much appreciated

The team at Big Yellow Nottingham handled my enquiry so so well! I had to reschedule my moving date a couple times and they were absolutely amazing with helping me out. Tom is a fantastic member of the team, explained the entire process to me as we went to view my unit and also explained in great detail the lengths they are going to to ensure cleanliness and social distancing throughout (eg hand sanitiser stations, wiping keypads down every hour, only allowing one household in the office at a time)
