Very easy process from booking to moving in

Enquiry was handled very well, given good friendly service and all information needed was given

Everything went smoothly from my initial enquiry, right to the point of moving my stuff in. I got a free upgrade to a larger 175sq.ft room on the ground floor for easier access.

Every staff member we have spoken to has been friendly, professional and very helpful. Ellie showed us around on our first visit and then checked us in on our start date and the whole process was a breeze. Her customer service was exemplary and knowledge clearly extensive.

Tom handled my initial enquiry excellently, and although busy on my second visit, he placed me in the very capable hands of Ellie. Overall my experience of BYSS so far, has been very good. Both Tom and Ellie were excellent.

It was handled excellently. They gave me lots of details about the difference between purpose built units and converted warehouses; and were able to get me a really good price. They also looked into other requirements I had and have been flexible to change things as I needed given my situation.
