Problem free

Initial enquiry was fine. The store called me and ran through all the details. The only issue was the website made it hard to compare prices for different sizes.

The team was really nice and really helpful could not ask for a better experience. Even received some parenting advice on how to handle a newborn baby.

Everything went smoothly from my initial enquiry, right to the point of moving my stuff in. I got a free upgrade to a larger 175sq.ft room on the ground floor for easier access.

Every staff member we have spoken to has been friendly, professional and very helpful. Ellie showed us around on our first visit and then checked us in on our start date and the whole process was a breeze. Her customer service was exemplary and knowledge clearly extensive.
