Everything was made very easy. The staff is very friendly and available despite the difficult situation due to coronavirus outbreak and the social distancing measures. I was helped on site by the manager, Tom, who was very helpful and kind. I was also assisted by email by Ellie, who also was very helpful and friendly.
Web site is excellent and user friendly, young lady at reception on arrival was so polite and friendly guiding me through whole process even in these difficult times , I work in customer care and can honest say I was very very impressed from the moment I entered building till I left , thank you so much Big yellow and staff could not fault you in any way . We had a few special requests as our items we needed to store were coming from spain and i was unable to be there at the time of delivery. All your staff were very helpful in solving this issue
Very simple and slick service
I have found that the staff are very efficient, helpful and pleasant in introducing Big Yellow storage and setting up the account. The process is quite long winded, even after checking in online, but all the steps have to be taken to ensure security and mutual understanding. It would be useful however, to inform new clients what an average setup time is likely to be. I had plenty of time available so this was personally not an issue.
