Got immediate response by email and phone when looking for a quote. staff was friendly and helpful made easy for me to understand how to access storage.

The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, professional and polite. The facility seems very secure which is a big bonus. I love the fact the rooms are alarmed. It seems very clean (our previous facility always seemed a bit muddy which was not good when trying to manoeuvre pieces of heavy soft furnishings). The experience of moving in seemed very straightforward - was given a very clear tour.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very nice welcome at the storage area.

The process was quick and easy to understand. All information was clear and concise.

I felt that the staff were really help. Ellie especially, she made it easy to move in and she helped me through the whole process.
