Excellent customer service from the initial phone call for information to how I was looked after by the staff on site. I chose Big Yellow over other local storage providers based on the customer service I received.
I have never received such excellent customer service, advice and support from any other retailer. Your staff at the Notttingham Branch- Amy and her manager (I have forgotten his name sorry) were completely wonderful.

Excellent customer service and great value
Elly in your Nottingham store was fantastic. The great customer experience was totally unexpected and prob one of the best experiences we have had. We were greeted and offered with a cup of tea, Elly explained the service to us in detail and made us feel very welcomed. Guided us to our storage room and explained everything thoroughly. She did so in a warm, friendly, professional attitude. She is a credit to your company. Based on the experiences we have already recommended to others who are looking at storage facilities.

Both the girls that were working were very friendly and easy to talk too. I was informed of everything easily and looked after. Will need to dig the business card out to recommend both of them. I work in a service environment and would hire them for their professionalism, courtesy, personality and easy with which they dealt with me. Will definitely recommend big yellow to others.
