Both Gemma the store manager and her colleague were very helpful and friendly on both visits. Explained everything well and engaged in conversation which otherwise could have made periods of time walking to/from the storage room or in the lift awkward. The storage is perfect for our needs, reasonable price and access arrangements are flexible.
