We were treated well by Gemma who explained all 2 us & showed all we need ed 2 know.

We were so impressed by the whole service we received, and how friendly and professional the staff at orpington are. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Initially saw Katie at Big Yellow Orpington who explained sizes and prices and passed on cards of 'man with van' services. Returned a few days later with goods to be stored and was greeted by Gemma who could not have been more helpful advising us on the correct size unit we needed when seeing our goods and explained all the paperwork thoroughly. Purchased a really strong padlock for the unit. Very friendly helpful staff where nothing was too much trouble. Good cup of coffee Katie thank you.

Gemma from Orpington took my first call and from that call came the booking. She was so friendly and covered everything and even answered my silly questions. When I met her she came across so polite and professional, we felt at ease. She was helpful and made sure we knew the way the set up worked. Have spoken to other members of your team and I can say their customer service is the best I have seen in a very long time. You don't have to improve on anything as you are doing a great job already. Why fix something when it's not broken.

Really friendly staff who explained everything and took me thorugh each step - what I needed to know. No pressure either, so when I said I wanted to wait they were fine too.
