Everyone - whether it was the initial telephone call to the day I went to the store to register and book in - was helpful, polite and just generally very patient. Christina who booked me in, was particularly helpful, explained everything clearly, I felt more than happy to leave personal property at the store

Requested online quote, received this promptly followed by a friendly and informative follow up call. This made it hassel free and answered the questions I had. Online check in, very easy to use and convenient and saved lots of time on day we moved in. Friendly, helpful staff who k ow what they are doing and happy to help me as a storage novice! Everything you need is there, including boxes and padlocks! Convenient access codes so you can come and go as needed. Great service so far!
We got welcomed by a lovely lady who made the process as easy as possible. She explained everything in detail so we fully understood and made sure we felt comfortable with everything (which we did). The space is perfect and exactly what we needed and everything there (the codes, padlocks and trolleys etc) made the stressful process of moving a lot easier. This is my first time moving as I am a student and needed places to store my stuff over summer. I will definitely recommend it to any other students who need to put things into storage stress free.
