Gemma was very helpful and she answered all the silly questions we had without a frown on her face, that was amazing.

Gemma was very helpful, taking us through the facility and procedures. She made it very easy and was very helpful. The facility itself is well laid out, clean and tidy so putting things into the store was straight forward. We are using this as a temporary store while moving and I would recommend it to anyone - it makes life so much easier.

Everyone - whether it was the initial telephone call to the day I went to the store to register and book in - was helpful, polite and just generally very patient. Christina who booked me in, was particularly helpful, explained everything clearly, I felt more than happy to leave personal property at the store

Went into Orpington branch and spoke to Will, He was extremely helpful as explained all and advised on what size room/locker was best suited for my needs. I couldn't fault the service and would definitely recommend this branch in particular
