Gemma from Orpington took my first call and from that call came the booking. She was so friendly and covered everything and even answered my silly questions. When I met her she came across so polite and professional, we felt at ease. She was helpful and made sure we knew the way the set up worked. Have spoken to other members of your team and I can say their customer service is the best I have seen in a very long time. You don't have to improve on anything as you are doing a great job already. Why fix something when it's not broken.

Really friendly staff who explained everything and took me thorugh each step - what I needed to know. No pressure either, so when I said I wanted to wait they were fine too.

Being new to storage I was impressed with the level of assistance I received from staff in explaining the procedure and showing me the facility and going through the options available. They were attentive and courteous following up after my visit. They made the whole process easy and comfortable for a first-time user.

Gemma was extremely helpful and thoughtful and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. She even stayed late to help us. We were actually booked into Safe Store next door but they wouldn't let us book in because we only had 10 minutes before it shut. So we came over to Big Yellow and Gemma didn't mind staying open a bit later to help us. We were very impressed with her. She's a really brilliant employee, you don't come across that kind of dedication and customer care very often these days. Than you Gemma you made a tough day so much better! Gideon and Rhiannon.
