Almost everything impressed me, the facility, the security arrangements and the extremely helpful and friendly staff. The only one little thing I wasn't happy about was the asking price of £13 for a padlock, but I simply went over the road and bought one from Toolmaster for £4 after checking with you it was good enough

My initial contact with James, the manager at Big Yellow Oxford was a follow-up call after my initial online quote for a 20ft sq unit. He was immediately helpful, friendly and I didn't feel he was being pushy at all (something I often feel when companies contact you immediately), he gave me some very useful advise including the name of local Man & van service. As I had already received quote from a cheaper local firm he quickly agreed to price match. The booking in process was simple and very quick, and when I arrived at the depot Ben Vaux my named contact immediately sprung to help, showed me the unit where the delivery guys had already stored my goods, made me a tea whilst we completed the process and was genuinely friendly.
