Very friendly and helpful staff, very easy to get a room, good price

All the staff at Big Yellow Storage were very helpful and courteous. I was even offed a lovely cup of tea, which was very welcome after our very long journey. The building was easy to find and plenty of parking. I was impressed with the security and how clean and tidy it was in all the areas. I need to use the wash room and it was clean and fresh.

James was really helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem, made me feel really at ease that my things were very secure, and yet i could access them if needed without a fuss. The whole process from start to finish was so quick and as i work for an organisation which requires a lot of travel, i will be recommending Big Yellow to colleagues.

Easy to use - friendly service - by Charlotte?. Everything was as described on the website. Just check-in took slightly longer than I would have liked - although I'd done the online check-in already.

The communications by telephone & email leading up to my check in date were friendly, efficient, non pushy & transparent. The chap who checked me in was professional, helpful & really knew his stuff. The paperwork was given an appropriate level of attention with time to consider its content. And the chap went the extra mile to help me place my boxes into the storage unit, as my partner was delayed. By the time my partner arrived, the job was finished. Couldn't be happier and the pricing is fair with some flexibility due to us having to take a slightly larger unit than we needed.
