Staff were friendly, polite, confident and relaxed. I was provided a guided tour and the process fully explained. Michelle and her team were able to explain and answer a range of questions as well as guide me through the IT systems very quickly. Detailed walk through and welcome, friendly people and very easily explained everything on arrival - clean facilities and parking available
