Everything from start to finish has been so easy. I did my initial enquiry on line and then I was contacted by the Poole team. They were always very helpful and explained the best way to make my booking and check in on line. The instructions were easy to follow and when I eventually checked in the whole experience was handled very efficiently and safely.

Very easy and quick response initially from James. Michelle was very professional and patient explaining things clearly when we popped by the office to check in a couple of days prior to moving our stuff in.

Michelle made everything so easy for me. After I made some initial enquiries online, she happened to give me a follow up call while I was already onsite and from there talked me through all my options, helped me find the best size room for my budget and needs, ensured I didn't undervalue or overpay on my insurance documentation. I was moving on a deadline under very stressful circumstances and she made everything so smooth and explained all the numbers to me plainly to ensure I understood everything. Truly a life saver for me.
