Great service however too pushy on selling insurance. Have my own insurance yet this was questioned.

Straightforward and easy

I found the process of booking the unit a particularly stress free experience which in my opinion was greatly enhanced by the helpfull and professional way in which Sales Advisor Natasha Davis dealt with the booking from start to finish Natasha was excellent.

Initial enquiry handled very well. Followed up by a call from staff the day before the move to ensure that I understood the process. On the day I felt I was treated extremely well and staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. process was very smooth.
