Everything really. Michelle went out of her way to ensure that I knew my way around, made sure I could put in my lift number, and even lent me her own charger to charge my phone which was almost out of juice.

The whole process was very good, from ringing back nearer to when a space was needed, sorting out a competitive quote and explaining the process required to complete the online details. The person we spoke to was very helpful and remembered us when we actually went in to pay.
