The service I received yesterday was incredibly professional. The staff member at Poole (Michelle) went over and above to help us, letting us checking after the normal hours and waiting to ensure we didn't have any problems. It is actually quite rare to be blown away by the service a company gives you. I don't know if this is the case for all Big Yellow locations, but it certainly is for Poole. Many thanks from a happy customer!
