Great service, staff are very helpful and everywhere was spotless and clean, plus good value storage

we have nothing but praise for the staff at the big yellow in poole, they were always willing to help and had a helpful attitude, we will certainly use them again and will highly reccomend to friends. excelent job.

The staff member I set up my storage with was so helpful, I felt it was an easy service to set up and use, we were able to drop our things off and set up our storage in under an hour totally stress free, which is ideal when you are moving out.

Never used a Storage Facility before, but Big Yellow's Staff explained what the deal was, and how to best make use of their facility. Staff were courteous and polite, and made us feel very welcome.

The staff were really helpful trying to sort out the problems we had. This made life easier for us.
