We have recently suffered an emergency at home and have had to pack up very quickly and move our belongings into storage until the problem is solved. The Big Yellow has been fantastic, quick and easy to sort the paperwork out and somewhere we are confident will look after our belongings.
Admittedly my first experience with renting storage space but I've been impressed with Big Yellow at every occassion. The Poole facility is excellent, clean secure convenient and very well run. The staff's attitude is excellent, very friendly & helpful and totally professional. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Big Yellow Poole to my friends or family. Job very well done especially when you consider the poor service you suffer just about everywhere these days.
I have used various storage companies over the years, I find Big Yellow a dream to use, espcially the out of hours access, as I work 8:30 - 6:00, but find getting in and getting to my unit no problems at all. the staff are all pleasent and polite.
WOuldn't know what a cubic Ft looked like so I was shown several sizes to help me decide
The staff are so helpful. Experienced enough to assess from looking if you have the right size option, and flexible with options to help you get the right selection. The location could be better; its in Poole, and I had to ship items from East Cliff. However, once there it is a massive yellow unmissable building in a easy accessible industrial estate. The actual building is fun to navigate, like a space ship in a movie. Very professional. Well secured. The staff seem to want to help you get the best options for your storage needs. Lots of discount offers available. Most importantly you feel like your items are secure and well looked after. It could always be cheaper, but you do get what you pay for.
Having tried two of the other options I eventually moved to Bidg Yellow and wished I'd started there. Wonderful new location in Poole. Lots of trolleys etc., big lifts, proper security and easy entry/exit procedure. This is how it should be. Thanks Big Yellow Poole.
When ever we have had a question or required help the staff have always been very helpful and nothing is to much trouble.

As a newcomer to Big Yellow, we have been very impressed by their professional approach and the ease of using the facilities.
We used this storage the day it opened, the staff were really good and helpful. The 5 to 11 opening was ideal for us, both working full time, and the additional price for this we felt worth it. You are at the end of the day paying for an empty box, which is why I gave value for money 3* but the place was clean and easily accessible and we couldn't have moved without it. The security also seemed very good, although thankfully never needed tested!
