From the moment we arrived everything was so simple. The staff were helpful and friendly with lots of useful information and easy instructions. The unit itself was clean with easy access, and there was no problem finding trolleys and loaders. Also just as easy moving out. Would certainly use Big Yellow again and highly recommend to others.
Staff were really helpful. Liked the Online CheckIn as made it quicker and easier to move into the unit. Nice bright, safe and clean storage environment. All good!

We found the staff at Poole to be very accomodating (no pun intended) and helpful. We arrived somewhat frazzled after our move and they even made us a cup of tea whilst we completed the paperwork! All in all we are very happy with our decision to use Big Yellow

Good access to clean storage area, staff very efficient and very helpful
The staff were very helpful and on the day of our move I realised that I requierd additional storage. This could have proved a very difficult situation as our removal lorry was parked up and could not take the furniture away with them so I spoke with Daniel and that was no bother at all he arranged for a second storage unit for the remainder of the furniture which took the stress out of my day and helped me out of a big hole.

This is a very nice clean safe place to store your STUFF!!! And the staff is very helpful and seem to no what they are doing. Would recommend it !
