Very easy and straight forward to get started with. Karl at Big Yellow was very useful providing guidance on storage sizes over the phone and running through everything on contract start date
From the enquiry to getting the storage, the whole experience was really great. Karl explained everything and how everything works to signing the contract. Very please and used on the same day to store goods
