Karl, Toby, and another young lady on check-in day 16th Sept23 were so helpful, polite, they couldn’t do enough. Very professional staff, this was consistent when any client entered reception.
Sasha was great from the get go, friendly professional and beyond helpful. Assisted me with arranging a removal company. Toby was just as great, getting the paperwork sorted, detailed explanation of the do's and dont's and general understanding of how the storage works.

All information was pretty dead on when given to me, down to how long it'd probably take and what size unit to go for. Nice and easy to move in, definitely needed the trolleys to speed things up.
