From my 1st call with Axton through to completion, everything was dealt with in a professional manner.

Staff go out of their way to be helpful - even filling up my water bottles on a very hot day. The staff also give a sense of enjoying working for Big Yellow, and with each other. Storage is always clean, light, even-temperatured and feels safe. The cost is not the cheapest, but it is very good value for what is provided.

Amazing customer service! If you need a storage unit in Reading, do come here! When I went to visit the storage unit in person, I was shown around by Jack who only joined the store 2 days prior. He was great and very knowledgeable of the site. I also spoke with Barney the day before on the phone and Sacha onsite while filling out all the paper work. They are all so wonderful and lovely people! I am actually moving storage units to Big Yellow from another local one however I wish I went with Big Yellow in the first place as the customer service here is 110% and they go above and beyond. So a massive thank you, to Sacha, Barney and Jack! :) They do also price match if you do find a unit cheaper elsewhere! so there is no reason not to come here and they have extended hours if needed. Would recommend
