Friendly, helpful, fun

Very good service and excellent customer service skills from the team. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made the procedure very easy, simple and quick.

Staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had either via email or in person. Also very helpful when it came to deciding size of room to have too.

Location means turning onto dual carriageway to exit.

The lady I spoke to in the call centre originally was friendly, helpful, and patient. Karl who works at the store, is friendly, helpful, gives fab customer service, and kept in contact with us about the snow to make sure we were safe. (he also has an awesome beard!!)

Staff were very helpful and polite also gave me a lot of good information also the facilities were good and worked well.

Great customer service even was made a coffee following a long journey to big Yellow which was very nice Gavin and Mitch really looked after us
