Very helpful member of staff, explained the process very carefully and took a great deal of care to make sure our experience was very positive. Very impressed with the storage facilities, the security of the rooms and the process of securing storage.

Excellent customer service, last couldn't have been more helpful and sweet with my daughter who is nervous of lifts and being locked in anywhere. Service was quick and clear, everything tallied up cost wise too. The unit doesn't hold quite as much as we need but overall experience has been great.
