Karl and Karolina in Reading were both amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. It made the whole process very easy and fast.

Staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had either via email or in person. Also very helpful when it came to deciding size of room to have too.

Location means turning onto dual carriageway to exit.

The lady I spoke to in the call centre originally was friendly, helpful, and patient. Karl who works at the store, is friendly, helpful, gives fab customer service, and kept in contact with us about the snow to make sure we were safe. (he also has an awesome beard!!)
