Was made to feel welcome, changes to the order where dealt with in a friendly way, especially appreciated the coffee after a long drive. Also liked the music! Thanks for making it so easy and straightforward!

Me and my partner were greeted by Karl and he provided the best possible service to us. We were very satisfied with his customer service and his friendly attitude. He was very helpful in regards to the sizes of the stoarge rooms and explained the process better than other places we had consulted.
Polite & friendly staff Felt everything was explained in full even when I asked questions. Was shown around the building in a professional manner and alarm system/ exits/ toilets/ lifts/ telephone was explained in detail.
Very helpful staff, with lots of advise on recomending the right size storage and also usefull add on like pritective sheets and boxes etc. Polite and great costumer service with call backs and explaining how things work.

From my initial enquiry to moving in, the staff were always polite and very friendly. Ellie greeted me on my move in date was great, she explained everything well and showed me around.
I found that the staff were very friendly and helpful. Both Ellie and Karl where welcoming happy to answer any questions and gave a full tour. After speaking with them I was confident that all my items would be secure and that I had picked the right place to use. I would 100% recommend and definitely use again if I ever need storage. I cannot express how helpful Ellie and Karl were and how great they are at customer service.
