Recieved great customer service from start to finish with Karl from Big Yellow Reading. Made everything simple and clear to understand. Showed us the storage area before we agreed on size. He even found a lock up a stones throwaway from our other which is very helpful for us. Definitely a gem of an employee.

I’ve never used a storage facility and this experience was by far the best I could have ever dreamt for! On the day of the booking Atiqa was so helpful, accommodating and kind, especially as it had been such a busy day! I picked up my things and the closing of the locker was so quick and easy! I highly recommend Big Yellow in Reading and I wish the whole team all the best in all their endeavours 🥰
