NCT Reading has stored its kit in Big yellow Reading for many years. The staff are always very helpful and the 24 hour access, spacious car park.Karl, Atiqa,Toby and Luke are always friendly and helpful. Big yellow's support is invaluable to the NCT in providing services to Reading's parents.

Customer service outstanding! Toby was a great help and explained everything regarding payments as I was unsure but he explained it all perfectly to avoid any confusion.
So easy to organise for last minute storage, the staff are really helpful and understanding of the pressure you’re under when moving. Everything was explained clearly and when we moved out the refund was processed quickly. They do their best to save you money too by recommending the best size storage unit rather than trying to upsell. Highly recommend!
