So easy to organise for last minute storage, the staff are really helpful and understanding of the pressure you’re under when moving. Everything was explained clearly and when we moved out the refund was processed quickly. They do their best to save you money too by recommending the best size storage unit rather than trying to upsell. Highly recommend!

I recently moved into a storage unit at Big Yellow in Reading, and I just have to say how wonderful Atiqa was throughout the whole process. From the moment I walked in, she was so sweet, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Moving can be really stressful, but Atiqa’s calm and friendly approach immediately put me at ease.
